Know exactly what protects your new system.

One year of standard labor coverage with every qualifying installation. Ten-year parts coverage without a registration condition when Georgia law applies. Extended 10-year labor coverage requires an active Comfort Plus Membership.

The coverage structure

Three terms. No confusion.

Parts and labor are separate warranties. The cards below explain the starting point; your signed documents and applicable manufacturer terms determine coverage for your exact system.

Standard labor1 year

Included with every qualifying new-system installation performed by Absolute Best Air.

Eligible parts10 years

Product registration is not a condition of coverage when Georgia Senate Bill 112 applies.

Extended laborUp to 10 years

Requires continuous, active Comfort Plus Membership coverage for a qualifying installation.

Coverage is subject to equipment eligibility, installation and warranty dates, exclusions, maintenance requirements, the signed customer agreement, the applicable Comfort Plus Membership terms and the manufacturer's written warranty. Confirm the terms for your specific system.

How extended labor stays active

Install. Maintain. Protect.

The standard labor warranty does not require membership. The extended 10-year labor warranty does.

01

Qualifying installation

Absolute Best Air installs the eligible system and provides the project-specific warranty documents.

02

Active Comfort Plus

Maintain the required Comfort Plus Membership continuously during the extended labor term.

03

Keep service records

Follow the written maintenance requirements and retain installation, membership and service records.

Important:

If the required Comfort Plus Membership lapses, is canceled or becomes inactive, the extended 10-year labor warranty terminates. The standard one-year labor warranty and any applicable manufacturer parts warranty are separate.

What labor warranty comes with a new installation?

Every qualifying new system installed by Absolute Best Air includes our standard one-year labor warranty. Your signed installation agreement identifies the exact start date, covered work, exclusions and claim process.

How does the 10-year labor warranty work?

The extended 10-year labor warranty is available with a qualifying installation only while the required Comfort Plus Membership remains continuously active. If the membership lapses, is canceled or becomes inactive, the extended labor coverage terminates. The signed membership and installation terms control.

Do I have to register my equipment to receive the 10-year parts warranty?

For warranties covered by Georgia Senate Bill 112 on or after its January 1, 2026 effective date, an HVAC manufacturer, distributor or retailer cannot condition warranty coverage on product registration. Equipment eligibility, the warranty issue date and the manufacturer's written terms still determine the exact coverage.

What should I keep with my warranty records?

Keep the signed proposal, installation date, model and serial numbers, manufacturer warranty, membership agreement and maintenance records together. Registration may still be useful for product notices and recordkeeping even when it is not a condition of coverage.

Does maintenance affect warranty coverage?

Follow the maintenance and documentation requirements in the manufacturer warranty, installation agreement and Comfort Plus Membership terms. The Georgia registration rule does not remove other valid eligibility, maintenance, use or exclusion provisions.
